Delivery Time:

For domestic orders, please allow 8-12 business days for delivery. For international orders, the delivery time is 15-20 business days. Please note that these time frames are estimated and may vary based on your location and other external factors.

 

Return/Exchange Policy:

If you receive a damaged/defective product or a product that does not comply with the specifications as per your original order, please get in touch with our Customer Care Team.

 

Complaint Verification:

Upon receiving your complaint, the defendr shall verify the authenticity and the nature of the complaint. If we are convinced that the complaint is genuine, we will generate a request for a replacement. If the complaint is frivolous or baseless, we reserve the right to take legal action against you, and you will be solely liable for all costs incurred by the defendr in this regard.

Verification and Shipping Costs:

The returned products are subject to verification and checks by the defendr to determine the legitimacy of the complaint/return. If the claim is not legitimate, you will be required to bear the shipping costs for the product.

These conditions will not apply to products where the defects could not, using reasonable diligence, be discovered at the time of delivery.
